Hello, I’m Grace Lemon, Founder of Grace Senior Concierge, LLC.

For more than 20 years, I have dedicated my career to helping people look and feel their very best through luxury beauty, fragrance, personal styling, and exceptional customer service. My passion has always been creating memorable experiences that leave every client feeling confident, valued, and cared for.

My career in luxury began with Nordstrom, where I spent four years in the prestigious Collectors and Designer Collections Department. There, I had the privilege of styling clients in some of the world’s most renowned luxury fashion houses, including Moschino, Armani Collezioni, Donna Karan Signature, Escada, and many other distinguished designers. This experience taught me that true luxury is about understanding each client’s unique style and delivering personalized service with elegance and attention to detail.

My passion for luxury continued in the world of beauty and fragrance, where I had the honor of managing iconic brands such as Dior, Tom Ford, Creed, and Acqua di Parma. Working with these prestigious houses allowed me to develop extensive expertise in skincare, makeup artistry, fragrance, and personalized consultations while serving clients who expect the highest level of service. Each of these brands helped shape my commitment to excellence and further refined my understanding of luxury client care.

Before launching Grace Senior Concierge, I also spent six years as a professional concierge with renowned luxury hospitality brands, including The Ritz-Carlton, Hyatt, and Hilton Hotels. During that time, I learned that no request was ever too small and no challenge was too great. Whether arranging special celebrations, coordinating unique guest experiences, or anticipating a guest’s needs before they were spoken, my mission was always to deliver exceptional service with professionalism, discretion, and genuine care.

Today, I bring together decades of experience in luxury hospitality, fashion, beauty, and personal service to provide an elevated concierge experience throughout Maryland, Washington, D.C., and Northern Virginia.
